In my ever increasing need for more and more information and the need to learn all I can about this hobby I keep my eye on current trends and what some of the best in the industry are publishing. normally you will find some really interesting ideas and some unique twists on the classics.

The assembled list below includes some of the best and most respected icons of the BBQ/Food industry, Aaron Franklin , Meathead Goldwyn , Mark Bitterman just to name a few.
