After strolling around the web for a long time , there is a LOT of really good info and really tasty and awesome looking food.
For this blog I will try (I know it will be difficult) and limit this to my favourite Kamado/BBQ/Grilling/Smoking and simply the most awesome looking recipes. The aim will be to be where I have tried it out , I will be sure to add my notes and some feedback – good and bad ! Over time I hope to come up with some of my own creations and this is really the part I am most excited and anxious about, perhaps even a little scared.
