How to Butcher an Entire Cow/Pig/Lamb.

A great little series of 3 YouTube videos that takes you through some of the different cuts of each animal. 

Obviously, this is going to be a very regional thing and the names and styles of cuts will vary from state to state and certainly from country to country.

I found this information super interesting and it helps to build my knowledge of where on the animal all the cuts come from. It also helps me understand why each muscle group should be treated in a different way.

Why the flavour profiles can be different in each of the cuts.
